Greenhatch Group has been producing as-built 3D survey models since 2011 based on our own collected laser point cloud data in conjunction with traditional survey techniques. All 3D modelling is carried out by our in house team of Revit technicians to ensure accurate results in a secure digital environment.

Expanding on more than 35 years’ experience of carrying out Measured Building Surveys, we can react quickly to be on site, gather data and produce realistic, accurate BIM-ready models for the commercial, residential, healthcare, rights-to-light and historic sectors.
Primarily working with the latest versions of Revit, we can also work with all older versions supported by Autodesk and with the ability to export our models in IFC, DWG and NWD formats we can ensure compatibility with your systems.
