GREENHATCH APPROVED DEVELOPMENT SCHEME
The Approved Development Scheme (ADS) is an agreement between Greenhatch Group Limited and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) that defines the training, development and experience that will be made available to all new employees and/or established surveyors who wish to gain a professional qualification.
The schemes consists of a framework in which the individual records his or her development and receives guidance and assessment at regular intervals. The aim of the scheme is to provide all employees with a coherent and well-structured programme of development, which makes maximum use of the resources available within Greenhatch, and will provide the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare for the member review interview.
The Greenhatch ADS scheme received official approval in December 2016, and the first tranche of surveyors commenced their training in April 2017. We are pleased to announce that we have been approved once again for the ADS until 31 December 2027.
Since 2016, Greenhatch have helped support its employees in becoming professionally registered, now having 28 CICES Members (represented through Technical, Corporate or Fellow Memberships), along with a further 15 team member currently on the Approved Development Scheme.
This highlights Greenhatch Group’s commitment to the Geospatial Industry, the Institution and also the individuals who will all become qualified Members of a Chartered body.
